What are your prices?

For a first time client, haircuts are $175 with Elise, allowing for additional time for a in-depth consultation about your hair and lifestyle and for returning clients, haircuts are $150 for a maintenance haircut. 

Colour packages including haircuts range from $300-700 depending on what type of colour you are hoping to achieve.  


Do I need to book in advance?

Yes. We are an appointment only salon and spaces get filled very quickly so it is important to book in advance. 


Can I come in for a consult first?

Yes definitely! Elise offers a consultation service if you’d prefer prior to booking in your colour appointment. A consultation costs $50 however, this will go towards your appointment or products.


I am a new client, do I have to book the new client colour package?

Not necessarily. This package is best suited for new clients who haven't had their hair foiled in over 4 months, desires a colour change or are in need of a colour correction.

What sort of shampoo and conditioner should I be using for my colour?

We highly recommend a salon grade shampoo and conditioner to ensure health of the hair, protection of the colour and preventing chemical reactions in salon.  We currently stock Davines which is a natural, sustainable home care range made in Italy. We recommend talking to Elise about what products will best suit your hair, lifestyle and colour needs.


Do I need to confirm my booking?

When booking online, all appointments are confirmed once you click ‘confirm’ with your card details. 

When booking via text, appointments are only confirmed once you click the link and confirm with your card details.


Do you have a cancellation policy?

In the event you need to cancel your appointment, you must give Elise as much notice as possible. Any cancellations for any reason under 48 hours will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service. For no shows, it is 100% fee of the service booked.

Do you have parking at your salon?

Whilst we don’t offer on site parking, there is ample parking in streets surrounding, including Williams road. Please CLICK HERE for parking map. 

 

What is a gloss?

A gloss is a temporary treatment service that can help with both the health of your hair and its shade. Glosses typically help with adding shine and can even out tones in the hair. A gloss can be performed in a clear or tinted colour, and can be used to maintain or enhance colour. Please note, glosses cannot change colour from light to dark or make blonde hair lighter. 


Do you offer extensions?

Yes. We offer beaded weft extensions using Jadore Hair.

This is a technique where a thin piece of weft extension is applied using beads following the natural hairfall, reducing pulling or hair damage or breakage. We believe this is one of the most gentle techniques and is fantastic for adding length or thickness. Maintaince of these extensions should be every 4-6 weeks for refits. The best thing about these extensions is it is a relatively quick and clean service. 

All extension clients must book for a consultation prior to booking the service to allow for the the correct colours to arrive. For hair to be ordered, a 50% deposit of the extension service must be provided. 


Do you refit other hair salons extensions?

Unfortunately we don’t. This is to ensure quality is of a high standard and to ensure the best look possible.
